Credentials include a Bachelor's in food and nutrition from Florida International University (2016), working in nursing and rehabilitation facilities and a hospital in Miami, Florida (2014-2022), and now working for a hospital, in a nursing home as a contract Dietitian, Post-Acute Rehabilitation Hospital, and Behavioral-Wellness center in Denver, Colorado (2022- Present).
