Jesse brings a rare mix of science, athletic experience, and heart to his work. A licensed dietitian and NASM-certified trainer, he's been in the health world since 2009. He's worked with everyone from athletes to pregnant women to infants and children, and he knows how to tailor guidance to each stage of life. As a competitive beach volleyball player and coach, he gets the demands athletes face—but he's equally passionate about helping families and individuals manage chronic conditions.
